OHIP doesn’t pay for all of the services your doctor provides to you. Our physicians can request payment from patients for services that are not covered by OHIP.

Uninsured Medical Services:
$60 Private Visit (General Consult without OHIP card)
$120 Physical Check-Up (without OHIP Card)
$40 TB Skin Test (Employment Purpose)
$10 Call-in Prescription renewal orders to the pharmacist.
